Be bold 'when approaching a love interest'
February 26, 11
While it can be tough to speak to someone that you have your heart set on, author and flirting expert Sue Ostler has said that the key thing is to be brave and do something about your feelings.
She stated that smiling can also be a great thing to do when speaking to someone for the first time.
For those who work with a person that they like, she suggested setting up a social event that they can be invited to, as it will give you an excuse to speak to them.
"Send a group email around in the first place and follow up with a light and breezy face-to-face invitation," Ms Ostler suggested.
Those who are trying to find a new partner over the internet were recently advised by the Independent to look for a photo that is both recent and forward-facing.
